December 22, 2008 - There are several editors here at the IGN offices that absolutely adore PixelJunk Monsters , and we had a feeling that a PSP version seemed likely. But it turns out that official confirmation came from Spike TV's show titled "The Next Great Game Gods," where Dylan Cuthbert of Q games announced during an interview that PixelJunk Monsters would be heading to the PSP sometime next year. Unfortunately, few details were given regarding the portable release besides the fact that it was requested by fans and the PSP version will offer more content than just a direct port. Only time will tell what's in store for that addictive tower defense game that's already gobbled up countless hours of our lives.
